1.     This User Agreement shall govern the use of this web site (“Web Site”), a service of World Publishing Company, publisher of the Mytulsa.com and mytulsa.com (“Mytulsa.com”). Any and all user or users of this Web Site (individually “User” or collectively “Users”) must agree to the terms and conditions, or the use shall be deemed to be an unauthorized and improper use.
